THE PIECES

A unique style, combining French and Caribbean influences, gives the property its singular charm, between laid-back simplicity and sophisticated details. The polished concrete floors in the rooms and the bathroom furniture echo the minimalism of the white walls and woodwork, while a few pieces of raw wood remind of the surrounding nature and ebony-colored furniture adds a touch of modernity.

In the garden, natural materials are favored to blend into the lush environment: teak terraces and paths, subtly weathered by the tropical sun, wooden furniture, and fabrics with natural textures such as linen, a rope hammock hung between two mango trees near the pool…

THE LIVING ROOM

Widely open to the terrace, on a vast waxed concrete platform and directly connected with the interior kitchen, a spacious living room in two parts welcomes guests in the main house.

Here, walls and framework take on soft green-grey tones for a subtle contrast with the outside.

At the end of the room, a first living area takes on a studious look with its library filled with books with colorful spines and its armchairs inviting you to read.

In the middle, the main living room is oriented towards the terrace and the garden. Three sofas and two armchairs are arranged around the coffee table, and several floor lamps with indirect lighting create, at nightfall, a cozy and intimate atmosphere.

Here again, nature and culture harmoniously engage through a minimalist decor: contemporary art pieces with vibrant colors on the library side and a collection of round driftwood pieces hanging on the large wall of the main living room.

Above the library, a large furnished mezzanine offers a third ambiance with its large blue carpet and attic, resembling a cozy cabin nestled in tropical trees.

THE KITCHEN
DINING ROOM

At the end of this large space dedicated to relaxation, there is an open kitchen overlooking the living room, separated by a large convivial table.

With an abundance of lower storage to keep the upper part airy and barely disturbed by a beautiful shelf, it integrates seamlessly into this magnificent living room. Golden wood for the fronts and a white worktop create a style that is both warm and contemporary, perfectly in harmony with the rest of the villa.

Equipped according to high standards (wine cellar, steam oven, espresso machine, cooking range), it will be the place for all desires, from the simplest dinners to the most festive creations, for the pleasure of the senses.

THE INDEPENDENT LOUNGE

From the terrace, a small teak path leads through the jungle of palm leaves to an independent bungalow. It houses a large comfortable U-shaped sofa facing a flat-screen TV and surrounded by shelves of books and comics.

A separate area from the rest of the property that can take on any desired function, according to everyone's wishes: movie nights, reading, games, music corner…

THE TERRACE

On the other side of the wall, on the terrace sheltered by an awning, the twin kitchen, outside, is adorned with stainless steel fronts, allowing for the subtle integration of a large barbecue.

In front of a large open window onto the terrace, the two sinks of the indoor and outdoor kitchens face each other, mirrored, highlighting the impression of symmetry between the two spaces.

The immense wooden table, surrounded by chairs and light-caned armchairs, can accommodate up to fourteen guests and suggests the prospect of memorable moments with family or friends.

Between the bungalows of the rooms and the large living area, the pool majestically stands as the centerpiece of the property. Hammock between the mango trees, ajoupa, deckchairs, or outdoor armchairs, everyone can find the ideal spot to enjoy the beautiful dimensions of this elegant pool.
